This month has been fun and challenging at the same time. The band (NotMyTempo) played our monthly gig at Rock The Dock in Tacoma and then we played a benefit gig at Stonegate Pizza and Rum bar in Tacoma.
Equipment-wise we have been trying out some new gear including in-ears (at least LA - Lori-Ann has been trying them). We have also been experimenting with new microphones and monitoring systems.
I’ve added an old favorite (Crystal Well) to the Lessons and videos section of the web page. What a blast it was re-learning that tune. I’ve also been teaching Tennessee Whiskey (a contemporary Chris Stapleton) country tune to students and included a transcription here. (My YOUTUBE LESSON https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXEQ7SSGB1I)
Thats about it for now - about to head off for a MarineView band rehearsal.
